Terms of Service
Version 2026-09-30
Who can use the service
You must be 18 or older. You may browse masked traveler cards without an account. To contact other travelers you must accept these terms and confirm your age.
How connections work
Connections require both travelers to accept. Messages are relayed by us. Contact details are shared only after mutual acceptance and ID verification of both travelers.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for harassment, scams, commercial solicitation without permission, or anything illegal. Do not misrepresent your identity. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules; several independent reports hide a traveler's trips pending review.
AI assistants acting for you
Assistants and apps connected to your account act on your behalf and need your authorization. You are responsible for actions taken through them. Assistants must ask you before accepting these terms or deleting your account.
Travel is your responsibility
We do not organize trips, and we do not guarantee any traveler's conduct. Meet in public places first and use the report and block tools if something feels wrong. Booking links go to third-party providers under their own terms; we may earn a commission.
Paid features
Premium plans and ID verification are billed through Stripe. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
